Report To: Regional Director – West & North
Responsible for:
- Responsible for securing significant Enterprise Telecom Solution sales wins (mainly call center Solutions, High end IP PABX).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive solution sales strategy for the assigned territory/verticals to deliver against set revenue targets.
- Build a funnel of solution deals to meet solutions revenue target.
- Build Relationship across customer organizations by working with senior executives.
- Build relationship with SI in North region for 20% of business.
Skills Required:
- Aggressive business development expertise focused on securing solution sales revenues.
- Ability to develop and foster relationship with customers at senior executive level.
- Thorough understanding and proven experience in selling value proposition with convergence solutions, Call Center and hospitality telecom solutions.
- In depth knowledge of enterprise convergence solutions market.
- Ability to influence key stake holders within the customer organizations.
- Commercially focused with a high level of commercial acumen including exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to make presentations to customer's target audience.
Qualification Required:
• B.E. graduates/MBAs.
